COMPANY COMPLIANCE DOC

The client or authorized partner must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding commercial contracts.

Valid government-issued identity and address proofs (PAN, Aadhaar) are mandatory for all property bookings and dealership agreements.

Bharat City and township plots are registered with clear freehold titles, demarcation, and adherence to revenue department guidelines.

Applicable government taxes, stamp duty, registration charges, and GST will be levied strictly according to prevailing Indian laws.

Property allotments and dealership agreements follow official receipting, transparent milestones, and formal allotment letters.

All personal and commercial information collected is treated with strict confidentiality and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Distributors and stockists of FMCG and Aravali Neer products must adhere to approved pricing policies, storage norms, and quality standards.

All logos, branding, marketing materials, and digital assets of Winmore Group and its verticals are protected proprietary assets.

Township 3D renders and layouts are artistic impressions. Final infrastructure specifications will align with approved layout master plans.

Payments must only be remitted to the verified official corporate bank accounts of Winmore Group against official company receipts.

Winmore Group reserves the right to amend terms, product specifications, and project timelines in accordance with legal directives.

Any dispute or legal claim arising shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
